+1 Does a tremendous amount of work for detectives, and is super active on GD. Deserves a promotion to sergeant

One of the greatest if not greatest detectives the APD as ever seen. Aaron is an active member of Detectives and always strives to do better on operations, When out on Operations he is always helping me to lead and act has a sort of right hand man assisting me to make vital decisions that help make our operations successful. As well as this he is a great leader himself, When he shows up to GD he excels at performing his CO duties. Aaron is also really good at helping out other detectives, whether that be from helping with any questions they may have to answering the many questions you have when joining detectives, Aaron is always there to help. I have seen how much he has grown as an officer and I truly do believe that Aaron deserves this Promotion and that he would make a fine addition to our Sergeant team.

(50 Words min) Whilst i have been senior detective i have enjoyed every minute of it, From taking CO on GD, to helping Pull hunters for banks i have learnt a lot. I believe i deserve a promotion because of the immense amount of effort i put into the APD and detectives. I am actively taking CO, completing inductions as well as helping other up and coming members of the APD to strive to do better. Further more i have been putting a lot of time into CIU, from House painting, to House Raids i have really started to Learn fully what it takes to Be apart of CIU. Overall i believe that i have achieved a lot at senior constable and i feel that i am ready to move on up. Who would recommend you for a promotion?
