(50 Words min): I feel like I am capable of the activities of a Seargent, I have CO multiple times in general duties and personally I think I handled that very well making me think I can do the same during banks, etc. I have given a lot of help to new recruits and prob constables etc and being promoted I feel that I will have more resources and gain more knowledge to further help people in the APD. Being in the command team in the APS, that gives me an upper hand of commanding roles. Who would recommend you for a promotion? James, @Michael Steiner @Lenny @Holski.
