    Name: Derpybird Steam 64 ID (If Blacklisted): 76561198088379889 Date of Disciplinary Action: 15 days ago i think What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: joining cop ts while on civ Who were you Disciplined by: not sure Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: joining cop channel on civ Why the appeal should be accepted (50 Words): I realize what i did was extremely stupid and i apologize to the APD it wont happen again I should have used more common sense then to join the police Team speak whilst playing as a civilian to ask a question about the police , it shall not happen again or anything like it.
