Why do you deserve a promotion? I think I deserve a promotion because I'm ready for new challenges and new experience in the APD, I've met and worked with a lot of amazing people I've had some of my greatest moments on the server, as CO I've always put effort in my work I've pushed myself to the fullest extent and outside my comfort zone to help my fellow officers and the community. There's a lot of achievements I would like to work towards to help myself grow as a leader and an Officer of the APD, I am always willing to give any situation a 110% I have proven myself as a leader and as asset to the police force.
