i get sniped from the airfield atm quite a bit, and if the BLS clan is on, i generally taste their rockets; no matter on foot or in a vehicle

Hi And Im speaking to that casual player side of ya! In our Wasteland Server, your different playstyles, no matter how varied, is catered for. You can team up On OPFOR or ('the other one,' what was that again? @Ya Mum), and form groups to take over strategic places like player built bases or gunstores etc. Or you can go the RAMBO way and make it a free for all death-match blood arena. Hi Bribie Decerto Im in agreement with Ya Mum inregards to your suggestion. Also depending on whereabouts you spawn, theres plenty of vehicles with weapons for you to utilize. I for one love the rush when i kill a fully kitted person with a pistol, then grab all his gear. Regards. Unit_3397

I suppose it depends on your perferred play style and what mood your in at the time when it comes to joing either indie/ OPFOR/ BLUFOR If you pefer more team based, lots of beacons join BLUEFOR, plus if you want access to the only runway on the map, OPFOR Also take into consideration if your going indie, that if you die, and you havent placed beacons down, you might not be able to get back to your gear. That's fair enough, but in reality soldiers lock their vehicles to prevent enemies from utilising them... The enemy can them attempt to lock pick or blow a door off, I don't know ? As for the issue, yes it's a small one, but it's simply an idea for future updates. Just trying to create a better atmosphere for BLUFOR and OPFOR. //sent from mobile Regards. Unit_3397.

Hi all id like to re kindle this idea back into existence Since the beginning of my time playing wasteland there has been numerous occasions where a team mate might jump into the vehicle that I am in and drive off, or spam the ammo at various objects. I then proceeded to warn them to exit my vehicle, more or less causing me grief. End story, it's greifing players that want to use their vehicle solo or have placed their vehicles in strategic positions. Eg, next to ammo truck. (For those that hate this type of gameplay, relax, you can hit us with a AT missle from anywhere ) Here are a few ideas I've stolen/ explored myself: -purchase locks/ keys for brought vehicles -only allow members in your personal group to enter your vehicle -Even just a system where you can lock the vehicle you are in from anyone has its benefit. -locking applies till you either leave the vehicle /log off / or server restart enemies have the opportunity to unlock your vehicle while you are not in it and then have access to its inventory and can operate it and take control of the locking system PLEASE NOTE: This Post is merely a suggestion Should Moderators find this information useful in developing the game, changes and implementation of such ideas may not happen till later in the future. Hi All. It happens to all of us... you may accidentally team kill a friendly... Id hope if your within distance you'd come to their aid and /or apologize. Killing team mates intentionally however is a different story; it doesn't matter if you are just being a dick or if your killing a troller cause he stole your loot. Team killing Trollers: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES do you kill a player on your team for trolling. By doing you are also breaking the rules and are subject to punishment along with them should you be caught. Your best tactic would be grabbing evidence and reporting it to a moderator or admin, be it in TS or on the forums. Greifing/ Trolling Friendlies Plain and simple, NEVER DO IT!!!!! You chose to be on a team, if your bored and looking for a bit of a kick, leave the straya gaming servers or find some enemies to kill, you don't hang around friendlies and pester them nore shoot/ ram their vehicles. I'm not prepared to sit there and watch you get your kicks out of others losses. TEAM RESPECT or go indie. If you need to re-site the server rules for Wasteland, take a gander below! As always, If I catch you, evidence will be taken to Moderators/ Admins and you will be subject to punishment for violating the Servers Regulations. Trust me, its not worth it!
