I like it but it is a matter of bringing the towing script into Altis Life (maybe use the one from wasteland?) and then getting people to actually do it, bring a specific tow truck model i.e repair offroad, you then would have to design a white listing application for it. It would take a lot of work, I personally like the idea but it is a matter of the the developers having the time to create it.

Never been able to chop the medical HEMTT, this is because they are illegal truck missions which are able to be spawned, which then means you could chop a infinite spawning vehicle, which would be against the rules. The strider however I have noticed myself and does need to be fixed, @John Paul.

Yeah fine, the power supply is rated platinum which means it is 100% 760 watts, not like say if it was a bronze rated, it would be around the 650-700 range. They don't lose power at all, perfectly fine. EDIT: A lot of people actually run them off less, someone on Tomshardware runs his of a RM750, a lot less powerfull than a ax 760.
