@Snowwiiee snowwiee: my back hurts from deadlifts. Me:why does your back hurt? do you deadlift with your back or legs? S: umm back... M:you ****ing idiot you are meant to use your legs. One of snowwies finest moments as a 'bodybuilder' (this was majority from memory of what was said.

People who think they lift but don't.... people who break rules...

Drinks with Fam/friends. Play some board games and have some laughs with music on and singing etc. Or hit up the carnival or something(if they still do them) and watch the good ole fireworks. I personally dont do much for NYE anymore. Drinks and just a bit of fun with the Mrs and family.
-
Yeah the cops shouldn't be doing that. If your bothering people then yeah sure, but it's about having fun and just doing the role you are playing. Unless your breaking the law or rules they shouldn't be telling you off
-
also try joining a different slot.
-
Agreed with tiggati. But saying that. The people who have money now will it be split into 3s? Or transfer some over to cop/EMS and civ?
-
Maybe when rdm gets fixed and so on. What about EMS? If they die or get killed and lose all their stuff? You shouldn't be stripped naked just because you've died, you've got constant civs/trolls that'll be running around or just tryna kill people for gear. Do you really want civs running around with full cop gear. Like where is the Roleplay for that? Why can they just kill someone and instantly have over 50k worth of gear? Not including the weapon?

Nothing is changing brad. It's a simple discussion for opinions. Nothing wrong with it. There are pros and cons for every decision. People just need to adapt

I think no they don't show it. But they should have it holstered just like civs. It doesn't need to be in a backpack or vest, just have the weapon holstered. but with that said, like said earlier, it gives the cops less of a chance to react to trolls and rebels and end up not having an equal advantage. Safe zones they should be holstered.

I'll be happy to get my promotion to sarg tonight please finished my training and got it all ticked! Thanks i am very deserving of this role as I am better than the current snr constables (little banter)

The EMS are getting some love the next couple days or so. We've been nagging the devs about the bugs and shit on EMS. Just be patient. There will be pub slots/extra whitelist slots added shortly.

if i win, can i have dbx2 instead?

if thats the case of how UC units should be. They should be making a character and joining the gang and messaging the police of ops they are doing etc. But at the same time, you are still a normal civ and work as a civ, just an informant like EMS have permission to do and cartels. It can create more roleplay through civ slot, but like Roger said, causing alot more metagaming. I think maybe having a cop slot that is scripted or something to be Undercover and you have to be wearing civ clothes and blend in, like you would in real life. If anything, thats what cartels are there for. They gather information about rebel gangs and movements and report to the PD.

@Charlie i dont think its needed to make a post as such. Us moderators especially on cop crack down on it. Ive noticed it a few times and i have their names etc to pull them up when they are on next. Jump up to Help Desk next time if no mods are on cop at time and send us the evidence.

All the best wishes and success for the future! Was good playing cop with you for some time

I do agree the 3 lives for SRT is silly and the only time NLR does not apply is if there is under 4 cops online

Medics have to be 300m from combat situations unless tactical medic for bank which they sit 2nd bank road and even then they do nothing, just wait for a code 5 and make sure no other medics respond which I'm usually on top of anyway. EMS are to never enter combat zones and if they do we yell at them or shoot them for the simple reason of crossfire. If anyone needs to change for these rules it's the cooldown times. The numbers recommended are fine.

The things leopard and @Yuri have mentioned. Also 1: Hospitals in other areas, make them useable, even just copying the one from sydney and placing it somewhere else will be completely fine with us EMS. 2: Remove clutter from PD(fish traps etc) 3: More fields and things for rebels/civs to do outside of bank/fed 4: Possibly new vehicles or skins for EMS,PD and Civs/rebels-Allow EMS/PD access to donator skins if possible? and still have the logo on the vehicles etc.

I think its time we remove nametags for civs and cops. Leave them for cops to EMS or EMS to cops and civs. Ive had a couple instances of people metagaming to get peoples names. Civ to Civ. Not using any roleplay reason to get a name and just looking at the top of the persons head or side chat. E.g An anonymous tip was made to Police about a guy selling drugs/guns somewhere. The message said 'Guy by the name of Fiddy cent selling drugs/guns at this location' How can the person sending the anonymous message just say the name instantly? No messages were previously sent through from the dealer except through side chat... Should this be allowed? Or should they state the reason for how the civ got the dealers name? like e.g 'The dealer had sent previous messages from a code name which i had tracked using my hacking system to find out his name' To me this is metagaming. Its getting peoples names off of sidechat or the top of their head which is an ingame mechanic. There is no reason to be throwing out names instantly especially when the dealer is trying to roleplay and what not in the first place. Should players be allowed to report things or use names that they see on side chat to roleplay? Should we get rid of nametags completely? I hope this made sense...It was a semi issue someone made a report about and ive tried to interpret it as best i could. @martin @Leopard @Snowwiiee @Lono3107 @Saundo @DKDrift Opinions from mods/admins/rebels/cops/EMS greatly appreciated.

if ems or cops turn out to be constant RDM will we be getting the name tags put back onto EMS? i know alot of people wont necessarily use the tilde button alot of the time especially if they are new etc. But i do like the idea only seeing names within 1m and so on. will definitely help the RP but could cause alot more rdm
-
how will ems tell names? just the same process aswell? They dont use the names as much but it does help out alot more for EMS than civ to civ and so on.

@envy dev opinion?
