Being the CO isn't the only thing that is gonna get you to sergeant. However it is important to us to see that you are able to keep people in line in times of chaos. This shows us your ability to lead which is what a sergeant must be able to do. It takes everyone a long time for people to find their footing and their style of taking CO. My advice is just to keep at it and you will find a style that suits you where you show us what you can do and your confidence will build.

We don't need a ticket on this. The jail sentence for being an illegal immigrant is only used when the suspect is power gaming and refusing to give up any form of id and counters any attempts to have their id found (e.g armor plated skin and radioactive DNA). Yes, those are actually things people I have processed have said. As if by magic the sound of being sent to jail for 20 years to be processed jogs their memory of their drivers license in their pocket so you rarely get to send people off for being an illegal immigrant.
