Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion as I enjoy helping fellow officers with things such as questions on protocols that I know to inductions. I’ve used my time to get experience on Leadership with taking the C/O position when there is an opportunity for around 3 days, and have been reading protocols and trying to remember as much I can to improve my confidence when giving out orders and to increase my overall experience as a Leader. When I am C/O, I believe I can command at a standard level and create organization within the GD Officers. As I am new to the Commanding Position, I am eager to learn more on how to resolve chaotic situations in Sydney, as well as how to improve myself as a Senior Constable and C/O. I will keep striving towards my best to help members of the Community aswell as try my best to enrich the experience of other officers.
