As part of the Police Department I am a person who enjoys heavy roleplay and is happy to try new things constantly. When I first joined the server I felt a strong connection with being a Police Officer and helping the citizens and people of Atlis (Straya). I would like to be part of the Police Department so that I may continue to assist the people in need. I would like to travel out beyond the boundaries and be able to help those in need as well as passing on knowledge to other players. As a Civilian Contactor working , Altis Transports, Altis Towing and ASIO (Altis Security Intelligence Organisation, we come across many rebel gangs and from time to time assist the police in the necessary response to scenes. If you are successful; where do you see yourself in 3 months in the APD (50 words min)?: If I am successful in 3 months I see myself in a position where I have gained a lot of experience and am able to pass down my knowledge to fellow officers. At this stage, only time can tell the ranking and the position of my current self. However in saying this I would strive to do well and serve the role of a Police Officer climbing the ranks to an extent. Later down the track I could see myself working with the detectives What do you believe you can bring to the Altis Police Department (50 words min)?: I can bring many things to the Altis Police Department. As an Officer I will bring courage and enthusiasm to the highly skilled team of professionals. I am a person who enjoys a challenge and is always looking for new ways around certain tasks. I will be an active member of the Police Department and try to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone is being treated fairly. I am very persistent and that things need to be done certain way in order to get them right. I also believe that I have the people skills needed to be able to communicate with all types of people and all walks of life. Name: Smithy Callsign: Z19E Date of Disciplinary Action: 7/10/2017 What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: Removal of rank Prob Constable / 'Fresh Start' Who were you Disciplined by:@Mitch096 Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: Best way i could describe it is with a Youtube link : :Please note player tags : I believe notifying another officer that hospital can be and i quote my words ' used as a car dump' was the reason for my ban , even tho i took no part in actually glitching/ breaking rules to destroy the vechical Why the appeal should be accepted: I didn't directly impact anyone else in anyway , the other office already had the idea and i was just bringing up the fact 2 years ago on the server thats how i used to f*** over RDM'rs and such . Any other information: I honestly understand Mitch bringing my pretty shot history with the Altis Police into account in this , but i believe as he called it ' the final straw' shouldn't be used as a reason for removal or rank . As i had no direct part in breaking rules . The way i conduct myself may be a problem for Staff but for example 'The way you conduct yourself within Sydney LAC/TS Channels (Quote of Mitch) ' when told to shut up or 10-17 i will , when nothing is happening or during a server crash ect i will engage in casual conversation , and for some reason this has been brought up as a problem / This is still a game and i will treat it as such in a casual matter when Professionalism isn't required (during server down times / 2am nothing happening) and if this is a problem i suggest removing half the cop force effective immediately ....... This is a game , people make mistakes . And im willing to move forward and perfect from them , but believe that this reason for a de rank is unjustified ....
