Exactly what Lotza said, there was an event on the weekend but the server was way too unstable to run an event properly, once the server issues are fixed we will look at running the ironman event again

I am going to have to second this, after seeing many different communities in my long time on Arma, this has to be the most organised and Professional police force I have seen in any Arma Community. Keep up the good work boys.

That's a good attitude to carry with you when you play Police, keep up the good work mate!

The banter on TS needs to stop, it shouldn't be too hard to work professionally, if your going to chat with your partner that's fine, the police don't expect you to be RoboCop, it is normal to have friendly banter, just do it in vehicle chat, talking over the TS is the equivalent of constantly chatting over group chat, it is very irritating.

RBT's are actually one of my most favorite things to do when wanting some extreme RP as a cop, whenever I am not doing that you will find me doing RBT Traffic Stops, (sorry if I waste your time but I find the RP just too fun )
