I am a name master, especially with my World of Warcraft characters. What I do for each and every one of my characters is come up with a story about them and see what fits, Usually because most of my names come from WoW it's based on race/class. If you want a name then give me a story

I think that video said everything we were thinking. The amount of people that showed up to the Party that we held last night showed a small percentage of people that @Spectral touched. Dear Community, It is with a heavy heart that I send this message to you today, As you may have noticed The Phoenix Cartel has been dwindling, Leaders have been getting bored and that's fine but it seems that many of our members have been getting bored as well. Therefore it is my duty as the Cartel Founder/Father to let you all know that The Phoenix Cartel is Disbanding. But there is still hope ahead, a couple of the now Ex-Phoenix members including myself are staying around as a Cartel. We are going to start fresh under a new name and a new set of constructs. We are going to take what we have learnt from Phoenix and make it something new. Keep an eye out for this new cartels story as it is a big one. This is more of a question than feedback @Spectral, But can we have some more clarification on when Bank/Fed are officially over as it is something I have personally noticed when responding? Is it when all internals are dead? Is it when all internals are dead and the police/cartel hold it for x amount of time? or Is it when all Internals/Externals (a bit hard to know how many are external) are dead? If it is this one is there a time limit on how long they can sit external after internals are killed or can they sit there sniping everyone in the bank till they are all dead (no matter how long)

Can we get the rule for the following changed; Altis Life Rules - Bank Robberies - Rule #7 "Both Banks are KOS when robberies commences for only the robbers and Police. Civ’s that loiter or come into the Bank/Streets/Area may be killed without warning by either the Robbers or Police either in a crossfire or due to looting items or heading into the Bank area. This may happen without any warning. It is not RDM. Observe the Value your Life Rules. Civilians must stay 500 m away from fed or bank when they're being robbed or be considered hostile armed or unarmed." Can we have it so that the Federal Reserve has a KOS of 500m but Shorten the KOS zone of the Sydney bank to 300m as 500m goes out to the other side of Sydney market and has caused many people to come to Help-Desk during a bank (500m is way too much for in front of bank, Possibly make it a rectangle so that it covers bank road #1 & #2 and then it can be longer to cover castle etc. Can we also change the first sentence to state the 'Both Banks are KOS when robberies commence for only the Robbers, Police and the responding Cartel?

You make accusations of Police/Phoenix being corrupt and you find that a more interesting story than the rebels that are rising around the country constantly attacking the bank and the federal reserve. I think you should note that many Civilians respect us for responding to these as the more they are robbed then the worse our economy becomes. In my interview I stated that we have money in the bank but remember that every civilian has money in that bank and that protecting your money is one of our major concerns. Also while you are talking about the police being corrupt you seem to have tried to hide the fact that your news team is as corrupt/more corrupt than any of your allegations. Mr. Dyet stated "they have Feare Family Enforcers watching their backs." To have enforcers watching your back is a big deal, especially seeing as their main job is "A enforcer is a member or associate of an organized crime or corrupt political organization that is responsible for handling those who do not go along with organization policies, rules and deals." So what I am seeing as a concerned civilian of this great nation is that the people who are "committed to bring us the truth" are actually bringing us the Lies that the Feare Family what us to know, so that we don't see what they are doing.
