Rebel takeovers are OP and I agree with your point here. Maybe take the shift of EVERYTHING away from the spawn cities? Spread out less important stores to other cities, but make it so they are actually liveable in. This way new players can still get started out in Sydney and everything they need is there, however it still makes sense to take over the other cities.

To add on from what brutal said, unless you are actually targeting the cops and trying to give them a hard time, there should be no reason for them to be focusing on you. Could you please elaborate on the claims of Metagaming/Failrp etc etc? To add on as well, if you see a police officer taking bribes and whatnot, report it immediately to the cabinet/command team.

I would really like to see a courthouse returned to sydney with a large safezone around it, with proper seats that people can sit in. if a judge is online police could hold a proper court case to determine small crimes (e.g traffic crashes etc etc)

I agree with this. I think a civilian resistance is something that should be factored into the rules, and it would mean that a gang that has overtaken a city would have to be nice to the civlians, otherwise a resistance might form. Also, hypothetically - imagine I was a civilian, and the gang was to treat me BETTER than the cops, this might even increase support for gangs etc etc. There are so many possibilities here. I love the idea of the full out deathmatch, but why not make it something just a little bit more. @Vitale @Lotza

Tanoa wasteland is an amazing idea, however it has simply been proven that it doesn't work. 1. We are in the Oceanic region, and Tanoa servers (be it life/invade and annex) simply don't have the demand or population. 2. Linked to the above point, it's an expensive DLC Map, and a large portion of casual Wasteland players do not have the DLC's.

Cop force has already been reset twice. I think if it was reset again some of the people who have stuck around the last 2 resets probably wouldn't be very happy.

This seems a bit difficult to believe. The rules about bringing out 7.62 are very stringent for anyone lower than Sergeant (which is most of the GD cop force), there is a max of 6 SRT online at any one time. However I do agree with the lowering prices of pretty much everything rebel in general, personally I believe that it, alongside the demilitarisation of the server has contributed to the sharp player dropoff. It's practically impossible for a new solo player to get started.
