Lads, Now I have had a few days in office. Hopefully you have had a chance to play with me on and start to understand how I roll. I'll keep this simple of what I expect. Its easier to see how the servers are going... All perks to be in their own groups so if someone doesn't write anything we can easily see what server they want perks for and so on...

If you donated to wastelands you would help it catch up to all the times I&A have got wasteslands back... I&A have a sore back from carrying wastelands for so long...

What do we do with StrayaGaming funds? Although StrayaServers are hosting the servers now. Doesn't mean it doesn't cost us anything. The dedicated servers still run in a data centre in sydney... that hasn't changed. Our bills for StrayaGaming cost more then $700 a month... This cost is more then what we ask for. What ever we have left out we keep for prizes and upgrades... UPGRADES LIKE: Steam profiles cost $35 US Gang section to the forums $75 US (Working progress) Teamspeak key ($175 US - cheaper then renting) Prizes last month: I&A - DLC Don't forget we save for christmas give-away, I wish to make it bigger then last years With wastelands in rebuild with low fps. I would love to reach out for clan base stuff I have ideas and desire for WoW clans and so on aswell. But the key factor is: how do we push that way? Who are going to do it? How does the forums need to look? Do we need another TS (keep arma3 stuff away from them?)? Will our forums work for them? or will i need to get another forum for clans types? Right now I have my hands full with building something new. Which I'm hoping will be released this month. @TrueBlue is me right now. Work with him and @Leopard. Hi Lads, We've had some bans issued by the staff team recently that we don't wish to issue but it was a must. So I thought I would write something for all of the community, about the community and something for us all to dwell on. Your Community is a community built by you the Players / Staff and Developers. This is a place where you can join after having a big day at school or work or a place you can escape the world we live in. It is a place where you can become someone else. On this Community, I am LuckyB33f, Founder of Straya Gaming. But in real life I am Jason, The Handyman/Storeman/whateverelsemytitleis. This is the same as my Managers, Admins and Mods. We are here to become something else and not who we always are. Our private life is to stay private. As that isn't who we are on here. If you want to be a troll then that is fine but you'll find yourself out of the community faster and less enjoyable. We as a community must continue to grow as we grow more servers, We have plenty of options for the future, We will need more people able to help make new game servers who are dedicated. You all as a community will look back at this one day and say I helped build this community when it was only small. Right now we are the largest Arma3 community in Australia. We started as 5 players. Hi Lads, I'd like to say thanks for everyone involved in this year those who staffed, donated and enjoyed playing the servers. Without all of you we wouldn't be around. Together we have achieved more then I have ever dreamed. For one we are still up and running. This year my community goals were: Prizes for all of you. & Server upgrades. I think ur missing the point... Cops will get an increase in wages if its separate... They will get a more stable income... Inpounding will get increased to mean the demand needed for that role. Weapon may need to be cheaper for that... i wont leave the pricing as is... This would mean i need to drop licenses for civ Medics need new things to spend money on.. Your looking at it now as the prices are now not where they need to be for change

Cop shouldn't be about making money... cop is about the experience... if you are playing cop to make money then they are getting paid to much... If some now joins as a cop... all of their money is useless... they can only buy public slot items same as medics... they already have something blocking them from really trying out cop... as they rank up they unlock better stuff theyll have more money some thinga maybe cheaper... Civ have their crafting and money making to cause stuff Medics well medica need more stuff be that is in the works

So u bring up the license issue again... doing this change would effect the license prices... of course i would lower them as if it cause a few issues with the economy...

I'm happy to help out those who are whitelisted and play cop and medic by moving a % of there now money to the new banks. Also i can make an economy for cops and medics unique to them so even if they do something bad like gun trading it wont help them out... eg. cops guns costs alot like civs but they earn alot more so its not noticed as much
