I think it is important to have a higher ranking officer with experience back on the server during those hours as there has been a lot of lower ranks that do not have experience with being CO or even unguided GD. I think with the holidays approaching and the traffic flow increasing we need to have cops capable of giving orders. This was how myself, Cougs and Warlock operated during the start of this year and it worked well. Why should you be reenlisted back into the APD?: (50 Words Min) I had been with the Straya PD for a long time (2 years I believe) prior to my "inactivity". I bring good leadership to the police force and was a great role model for the up and comers. I had also been a part of Polair and was offered positions in detective multiple time but turned it down at the time due to wanting to take a different path When was the last time you played consistently on Cop?: 20 September 2018 If you are enlisted into the APD, where do you see yourself in 3 months?: I want to focus on working my way back up and aiming to be around senior sergeant or Inspector as that was the role i was aiming for prior to being demoted. In the long term i want to work my way up to even higher and should i be reenlisted I think i will be able to do so. What do you believe you can bring to the Altis Police Department?: (50 Words Min) As I said above, I have great experience and to be honest I have not been impressed with some of the way the lower ranks operate and feel the connection between sergeants, inspectors etc has dropped and often find prob constables and constables not really knowing how to handle certain situations and I have to correct them and explain the correct way Are you up to date with the new Police Protocols?: I have read and looked through all the new protocols, procedures, tickets, etc How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department?: (Please talk to me about this in person) The issue with my "inactivity" wasn't that I wasn't on the server enough it was more that I wasn't active enough during the hours when higher ranks were on e.g. Between 5pm and 10pm. This was due to commitments outside of straya and while myself and many others don't agree with it, that's just how it goes i guess... If reenlisted i will do my best to be active during those hours but my prime time of activity will still be between the hours of 12pm and 5pm. If you were demoted for any reason other than Inactivity, you are required to have at least two referrals from a Sergeant or above. Who are you referrals (@their forum name): I was only demoted due to what I don't see to be inactivity but that's what it was listed as.

I've been in many situations with Lachlan where he has proven good leadership skills and follows orders well. He's always executing good roleplay and I recommend him for sergeant. [S09W] John Maclean
