Academy is a very vital aspect of the APD and is the first taste that new recruits have in building their career in the APD. With their initial interview in becoming whitelisted officers to their promotion to Constable and training is very important that it's done with great care and precision and officers are equipped with the right tools and knowledge when they receive their training and new recruits have a full understanding of protocols, how the APD works and what viable options are available to them in terms of progression in their career. I'd like to be apart of that and help create and maintain the excellence that Academy has built for those joining the APD and seeking a career as an APD Officer and those officers wanting to progress and learn more in their training. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: I can bring a sure-fire attitude when it comes to doing Enlistment interviews for new recruits coming into the APD and properly training new recruits and APD officers so they get the full experience of what each rank has to offer and allows them to fully understand and be capable to handle their new duties and responsibility that come with their role when they are promoted. Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment or Training? Why? (50 words min)?: Primarily I would like to work in Enlistment and do interviews to bring new recruits into the APD. I find that enlistments are really important because it's the first step that recruits take into starting their career with the APD. Their interview should cover all the basic information of the role they are signing up for, as well as what they can expect in terms of support and progression if they wish to stay in the APD long-term, I also think that we can capitalise on this by reviewing how recruits have gone as a pub slot and giving them goals and tips on how to improve and affirming what they have been doing well. I have done inductions for new recruits when no one else wanted to do them and made sure all pub slots have been inducted before they go out. I have pushed myself this time on cop to further myself in the APD and have spoken to GD command to receive feedback and criticism to work on myself as an officer to best push myself to further my career as an officer of the APD and an officer on General Duties. My goal is to push for command, and work closely with the GD recruits and officers to make GD as good as a division and enjoyable for all whilst staying true to the APD values and protocols. Why did you do what you did?: I was upset at command and the new changes and didn't like the changes of placeables, at the time, I was showing Stich the new placeables, they glitched out and killed him and myself and crashed our games. Why should the discipline be reduced / removed, given what you did? (Min 75 words): It has been quite some time since my blacklist and I've had time to take a break, get past my frustrations with medic and take a break from AL as a whole. I think my blacklist was close to unwarranted, borderline, and due to the time that has passed, I feel I should be given the chance to come back and play again. I brought a lot to the APS and I believe I was a good paramedic, besides my blacklisting and believe I can provide good role play again. What can you bring to the APS? (Min 100 words): I can bring good role play and a fun experience for the citizens of Altis, I have heaps of experience in the APS and other communities as well and believe I hold the capabilities of making medic a good faction. At the moment there has been issues arising with medics and their reputation and the strain has once again returned between medics and cops and I'd like to help bridge that and fix the issues so we can work together instead of against so that we can co-operate and make Altis a safer place for all the citizens and public servants.
