Why would you airlift a traffic cone?

Maybe the Army could be another faction specifically for military based server events instead of a scheule. I think due to thier potential overpowered nature having them on a non regular basis is better. I quite like the idea of people thinking "I can't wait till the next time we get to fight the military". If its on the a regular basis it could lose its appeal.
