Teamspeak uses less internet I believe aswell as the fact that it looks cleaner on Teamspeak than Discord. Furthermore Discord is a lot harder to navigate and manage, most other communities that I have been involved in had a teamspeak as the main communications.

Furthermore I believe that by joining Academy it would provide better oppourtunities for myself and other officers. Police Academy would assist in helping me surround myself better with the APD, and it would let me do my part in helping make the Altis Police Department a more enjoyable experience for first time recruits, aswell as new whitelists. (50 words min)?: I believe I can bring many things to Academy, such as my ability to communicate effectively, as well as my ability to work in a team to achieve, I am also capable of fulfilling goals and objectives to help me set examples and provide assistance where needed. This skillset, i believe could be very effective if used appropriately within the Academy guidelines, and I believe I am more than capable of committing and achieving my set tasks. Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment, Training or Documentation? Why? (50 words min)?: I am more than capable of completing all 3 categories of Academy. This is because I am more than capable of completing these as I have experience in training and documenting through my time in Strayagaming as well as the Police Department. Preferably though, I would consider if I had to choose, Documenting as it seems like an aspect of Academy that would benefit others more than me, I want to be able to create documents that will assist people in fulfilling their role in the Altis Police Department. How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department Academy?: I am willing to dedicate 10 hours per week to Altis Police Department Academy, over the top of my weekly hours for Cop in general. Have you ever been the subject of Disciplinary Action within the APD? If so when and why? Yes I have been disciplined in the APD, I was demoted and I have been giving an overnight suspension, 1st was for being innapropriate for my rank, and not being at the maturity level I shouldve been. 2nd was a minor protocol breach Conclusion: - Have you read the Altis Police Department Protocols?: (Y/N) Y By placing this application you acknowledge that any work you do for the APD can be edited by the Command Team and other Academy Officers without your consent. When Refering to "government" you mean the APD right? Because the APD get overthrown almost every day by rdmers with 9mm in sydney. My probably unpopular view is to encourage people to just kill cops in sydney, which everyone does anyway.
