Why do you want to join the Altis Police Department Academy (100 words min)?: Why I want to join Academy is I want to help make training documents to help make training easier and less stressful. I’ve always wanted to be in academy, also to make good relationship with other members of the APD, another reason I would like to join academy is to make or help make changes that come with it will improve the overall performance of the APD along with improvements in more specific areas that need work on. I feel that joining will help me become a better Senior Command Team Member if I become one. I also want to help with enlistment with interviews to make them happen more often and so you don’t have to wait long to get your interview like how it used to be.
What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: Why I can bring to Academy is that I was Inspector, so I know the basic just of interviews and my long experience in the apd and I know how to do training all ranks as well. I’m a mature person and willing to dedicate my time to doing work for academy
Do you wish to work in Enlistment or Training? Why? (50 words min)?: I don’t mind which one, I feel that I can do fine in both Training and Enlistment, with enlistment I have experience with Interviews because I did them back in the day so I know how deal with that but as will as training making documents for training is fun and you feel accomplished when doing so as well as doing training and they learn something so I can do either one where its needed, but if I were to chose one it would be enlistment.
How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department?: How much time I can dedicate in the APD is at least an hour a day.
Have you ever been the subject of Disciplinary Action within the APD? If so when and why? Yes I have, 2 one was a few months ago about Poor Comms, and 1 week ago about authorizing a prowler for GD.
