This is for cops not civs only cops can use said flag rebel v rebels wars will still be done as a event and who ever wins gains the gang base i just don't see why cops should be included in a gang war for a base they cant hold if there is a way they can temporarily remove the gangs access from the gang base by taking it over with the flag system then it would be better imo. This really isn't a valid point we can still do the same thing with survival fatigues if we wanted to the wetsuits are just a cosmetic item all rebels i know have wanted access to after it was taken out of crafting and adding it to the gang bases is the way i see it in the game for rebels. IMO the other armed variants you added are legit useless in combat and are a waste of money no one is going to spend 2mil on a paper bag MB 4WD with a 5.56mm on top. Same goes with the offroad waste of money no cover open as boudas toenails. the minigun is the only viable option when it comes down to armed cars for rebles unless you chuck us a hmg and ghosthawk aswell. My ideas for gang bases. 1: Add all clothing items from civ stores (Hats mosty) 2: Remove MB 4WD & Offroad armed from Gang base 2 & 3 , Add Qillin mini-gun to all gang bases for ownership price of 2mil then add ammo packs for the minigun and another 1-2mil each time they want to get more ammo. 3: Instead of cops applying on the forums to war gang bases add a flag inside the gang bases that allows cops to capture the gang base. Once cops have control and the gang base rebels wont be able to spawn there or use any shops until the rebels gain control back again. 4: Add wetsuits (AAF) to gang bases & also ams black.

Remake Jail and add places you can search for items if you get bolt-cutters (low chance) you will be able to break into the jail locker and start a jail takeover. Once you hit the button to start said takeover you will be equipped with a load out to defend yourself against cops. After you gain your loadout you will be given a timer if you hide or defend yourself until the time runs out you will be tped out to a safe place (random bus stop around the map). ez clap.
