    Basically boys that are rank on cop have the right to play civ and f**k sh*t up, but they have to realise that if the cops seem to not have the ranks need to attack people at the bank well then there is no reason they should have them at all, what people can buy at ranks needs to be reworked. As well as people that keep complaining about civs robbing the bank, guys what else makes cops fun, just take out the aspect of robbing fed and bank, what else would you do. I am not trying to defend civ or cop on this matter but in my eyes people need to see whats wrong with the setup now.

    At this point I believe that the police force needs a big improvement. Now this is coming from my point of view and many of you guys might agree/disagree and that's totally understanding, what I’ve been experiencing in the past two weeks is that all the staff members of Straya Gaming are receiving a free ticket into a higher rank. Now its not just that so do not get me wrong. What I'm trying to say is that with all that happening the police force is getting quite full leaving many community members bored and unhappy because they couldn't get into that position. Now lets go back to the Staff members getting free ticket into higher ranks. What I'm trying to say is that you guys play for a short period of time and get bored. You guys take your position as a police officers without being dedicated and committed to play, and by that I mean not taking the role seriously and you guys leave after not even an hour of playing. This is a community server so I honestly think that you should let the community decide as one!

    At the moment honestly the chain of command is fine, plenty of people to deal with the applications and people in set leadership roles.

    What it sounds like to me is that you would like a promotion?

    If that is the case just play cop a bit more than you have been and prove that you'd be better for a rank up.
    If this isn't what you're wanting then please elaborate a bit more on how you would like the chain of command restructured.

    Brodie man listen if i would like a promotion i would first apply for a cop rank in which i don't think i feel like doing :D.

    But i am talking about all the people inactive, and all the cops that need to be re-trained i will talk no more on this issue as i just started it to see what people would like :D
