Strayagaming Lore

It all began with 2 young soldiers in the ADF who were sent out to scout out a base for NATO to continue their operations to expand their influence in order to counter the CSAT Threat nearing Greece. The 2 soldiers names cannot be disclosed because of a non disclosure agreement with the remaining nations of the world. We can however name their call signs. They were J17 and LuckyB33f.
The 2 arrived on Altis only to find the CSAT had already setup at the Krya Nera Airfield and were recieving more supplies every hour. Shocked that CSAT were already here, the 2 scrambled back to their jeep. At the jeep there were CSAT waiting for them. They were both stunned and taken back to the base. this part of the Log gets blurry as the 2 do not remember what happened inside the base
only that they came out with the ability of imortality so that they could see the destruction of their country and NATO. The 2 went around searching for anything edible but found nothing. they couldn't die so they were left in pain until the search an rescue party picked them up and brought them to a NATO FOB. the 2 filled in the Commander Known as LittleBlackSheep. he filled them in on what was happening 
on the island. It was Decided then and there. That Operation Invade & Annex would be initiated in order to gain a foot hold. the war raged on for many years before they drove CSAT off of the island. and for the next 10 years there was peace on Altis. That was until NATO pulled out of Australia. The Overwhelming CSAT forces had pushed NATO out of Australia and New Zealand. CSAT was planning on testing their 
experimental weapon there. The weapon malfunctioned and destroyed itself in a atomic blast. which left almost all of australia and its surrounding waters radiated heavily. Luckily a few groups of civilians were able to make it to Altis which was later Renamed to Straya, in order to commemorate the fallen. Many went to religion for guidance. like the religion of Zeus and Strayaism. Zeus was founded by the soldiers 
in the early days of Operation Invade & Annex because of how badly outnumbered they were. they felt that praying to Zeus would bring them strength. and it did. Although this religion is mostly gone due to the soldiers moving onto Stratis. there are rumors that there is still a temple somewhere on Altis but it has been lost for many years. The current most popular religion is Strayaism, which a good portion
of the population now seek guidance in. Straya however is now plagued with Rebels who are trying to create Chaos in order to overthrow the government. The military Cannot step in as they are currently fighting for Stratis. so it is left to the police force. there are many gangs like the Somali Pirates which terrorize Straya by raiding Government Convoys. 
Stratis has more issues of its own. the General who was incharge of Operation Desolate Wasteland, John Paul was shot and killed by a CSAT grunt. with the military in shambles and CSAT mobilizing. only time will tell when CSAT gain control of Stratis and Move onto Straya.
