Both Servers require parts from main DLCs like Jets, Tanks, Helicopters and Markman. These DLCs will give you a full game experience. Steam will likely have sales again very soon but this is basically the same deal for Apex. https://store.bistudio.com/products/arma3-apex-edition Bohemia also have 2 Bundle packs that almost the same price but gives you majority of the content in 1 hit.
