Apd adding wanted list bug

Tried to add to wanted list and got "Error: unit has not be added to wanted to list"

relogged to try again and got ingame confirmation that item was added to wanted list, but none of the charges added appeared in the wanted list.

Reproducibility: Have Not Tried

He would have had to relog to fix that, not you. Is this a frequent issue?
