Weaver's Sergeant Expression of Interest Name: Weaver Callsign: KO2W Assignment: General Duties Training Completed By: Deadpool List all Recruit Inductions you have done: Donnie, Jamie, Phantom, Prophecy, Brutal, Floppy, TOMMYAUS Why do you deserve a promotion?: I deserve a promotion to Sergeant because I have stepped up as a Senior Constable to take charge as CO for both GD and banks and have shown leadership in many aspects to fill the gaps in General Duties. I have done inductions for new recruits when no one else wanted to do them and made sure all pub slots have been inducted before they go out. I have pushed myself this time on cop to further myself in the APD and have spoken to GD command to receive feedback and criticism to work on myself as an officer to best push myself to further my career as an officer of the APD and an officer on General Duties. My goal is to push for command, and work closely with the GD recruits and officers to make GD as good as a division and enjoyable for all whilst staying true to the APD values and protocols. Weaver is an excellent cop, he is mature, confident and a great CO, he will make a fine sgt. he also lets dets do ops +1

Weaver has definitely stepped up as an APD officer this time around. His dedication and attention to detail is second to none. He provides the ability to lead officers and maintain the respect from all the people around him. I feel the APD would benefit heavily with Weavers promotion to Sergeant.
