I will be quick but good in processing of the civilians. I will bring safety to altis and i will not be immature and i will make sure the police department gets more respect and i will bring more wins for the pd. Name: SuperP Callsign: SuperP Date of Disciplinary Action: 15/12/2017 What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: Strike Who were you Disciplined by: Daywalker Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: I killed someone when that person was knocked down Why the appeal should be accepted: There are no rules stating that you are not allowed to do that and you are also not told in prob constable training. The only time when i was told about it was when SRT was called, i asked during SRT if it was allowed and a person told me "you are allowed to lethal someone when they are knocked down" (I do not remember who told me). When i did do it was in a Federal reserve, in the area it happened there were 2 armed people with navids surrounding me and 1 was in front of me knocked down Any other information: if this is denied i would like it to be added in the rules so it does not happen again.
