There definitely needs to be a good mix between both combat and roleplay. Combat isn't for everyone and there's heaps of players who are here for the rp. I personally lean more towards combat, but roleplay is something we need on the server, and that can only happen if players put in the effort to engage with one another like Bouda said. I do get a cops point of view when they pull someone over and theyre just ear raping and just being toxic, and on the other hand some cops just speed through the rp to get to the end of processing to get the cash. Its an effort that both sides need to work on, not just one faction.

Firstly, I have show great commitment and dedication to the APD over the past year, being a GD Senior Sergeant, then transferring over to SRT. I have done everything I could do to help advance the APD, whether it was commanding GD or helping out on the combat side of things, such as at banks and operations. Secondly, I know how to properly command units in both GD and at banks and other major robberies, I have gone through the process of getting to Sergeant several times now and I know what it takes and I have always been willing to put in the time and effort it takes to achieve my goal. Thirdly, I am a very approachable person and I am always willing to answer any questions other officers may have, if I know the answer of course. Pre wipe days were the best, there was always something happening. I remember there always being 70+ civs on when I came on, and the way the server is now with pop is really sad to see. There were always fights going on, people actually had something other than a mk1 back then, you had people with zafs, navids, asps, lynxs, mk1s and others. The economy wipe created a meta where it was just mk1 vs mk1, and that made combat get stale really quickly. I see their slowly making gang bases better with adding mk200s, I remember the gang base I had whitelisting to in pre wipe had zafs, mk200s, asps and more and it was heaps good, but for too long the new gang bases were basically just another rebel outpost and they weren't really worth paying and fighting for. Making gang bases what they were would be a step in the right direction imo, cause then rebels will actually want to own a GB and then will enjoy combat more because they will have easier access to these bigger guns without having to spend hours crafting or going to KOS store. Old uranium would be good to have back as well, I heard that it was OP but it was high risk high reward and it brought players in and there was more combat. Changing that back to the way it was would also be a step in the right direction, as rebel gear is not cheap and having a high risk high reward way to make tons of cash while having combat is a good aspect that the server had and that should come back. I don't know how people feel about the new capture point and how its a KOS shop, but personally I think it was better up at the top left hand corner of the map, because with uranium and its high reward, players could then take that cash to another place on the map and buy better weaponry, it would just be another area for combat to occur, but that's just my imo on it. These are things I think should be changed and obviously theres more but these are my main points, but zeds got the right idea about how straya should be its own server and ect, straya was great the way it was pre wipe , and it should add back everything that we lost with that economy wipe.

I personally didn't mind how the server was set up before the wipe. Just no navids. Brisbane bank was fun, shady westy was amazing, crafting on rebel was good and looked better IMO, gang bases actually gave good shit to the people who owned it and made it worth buying or fighting for. Server was always popping with 70 civs as its average daily number and there was a good cop to civ ratio most of the time. Hope this update improves things and adds good shit.

SRT doesn't need to be there 24/7 to hold GD's hand. We aren't always on ops and a lot of the times we can't go on ops for reasons such as not enough GD being on, or GD is losing control over Sydney, as Toby stated. "I'm simply stating a visible divide between some divisional officers and the police force as a whole which is exacerbated by the way divisions are setup" - as for this statement, we are called divisions for a reason. We are a separate branch of the APD that deals with shit GD aren't equipped to do. SRT officers are on GD when they need to be, I don't see any issue there.

Secondly, I have past experience being a Senior Sergeant so I know the powers and responsibilities that a Sergeant has. Thirdly, I have done my best in inducting new recruits into the APD, not just by reading the document but by giving them my experiences as cop, and trying my best to give them good advice. Fourthly, back when I was a Sergeant I was always willing to go out of my way to add charges for officers processing, and I still have that desire to help my officers.
