In regards to mods, I think the plan is the keep the AL server vanilla due to previous issues / complaints.

It's already been mentioned in another thread, but, Civs needs more activities / jobs to do. Jobs such as repair men, taxi driver's, bounty hunters could all be implemented to some degree on Altis life. Civilians don't have much of a choice when it comes to legal activities that can be rewarding.

Maybe also have it send an alert 5 or so minutes prior to dropping so that people can prepare for it?
