Hi All, Here is a sneak peek at our next content update and some notes for our next balance patch. Content Update Sneak Peek: We will be re-enabling the KOS Store, it will not include any tier 5 weapons as we have other plans for how rebels will obtain those weapons. The store will open at a random time for 30 minutes after x number of civilians are online. The Store will alert all civilians that it will be opening 30 minutes prior, this will allow the rebels to gear up and head over to the store. We are also looking to implement a lockup and kill script for the Federal Reserve dome. Currently the federal reserve takes way too long and there is always a chance that it won't get locked up by the police. This usually results in rebels abusing this and moving the gold after they killed all of the officers. The lockup would lock the federal reserve and kill all players still within the dome. Currently we are undecided on how long the vault and dome should remain open for, we will keep an eye on upcoming federal reserve robberies to ensure that we are able to give the rebels enough of an advantage to get the gold out. This is our new dispatching system from a civilians perspective. This is from the perspective of the police, the EMS and Support dispatch systems are similar. They would lose the advantage that they have in that case, the dome entry wouldn't be open to any of the hills, to protect the rebels while they are loading. The police will need to push if they want to keep the advantage. Waiting out the lockup will let the rebels load the gold and pick off the cops safely from the defensive positions in the federal reserve.

You're thinking small time organ trafficing, you need to think bigger and better. Lets have a look at the prices of things here. Knife - $5000 Zip Ties - $7500 So it costs $12500 to get the materials for harvesting a kidney, and your return is $7500 for the first kidney and $12500 for every kidney after (you need a zip tie per person). If you set up a trap on a frequented road you could get maybe 5 kidneys in 30 minutes, that's almost $60k. I'm not sure if that's a fair amount given the risks and i'll need to look into it more, how much do you think it should be making you every hour?

Interestingly leniency was shown for some of the people involved here, there bans were reduced because they had a good history or were not as involved in the situation. Which of these bans are biased to you, i've just reviewed them and can see nothing that would lead me to believe a harsh sentence was served to anyone.
