    I know people do use them, but i don't think they actually need it, you can survive an entire AO with 9 mags in your vest + your kit gear in a assault pack or tactical backpack. If some players need more than that then id suggest going from full auto to single shot. There's plenty of opportunity in the AO to rearm, if you run out of rockets for example.

    I can't imagine a situation, ever, where you need that much carrying capacity. Are you carrying ammo for you and 10 mates with all that storage? I can just imagine the rage if stamina was forced on for even one day.

    All i'm seeing in this thread are people complaining that they can't be a one man army, ghille-LMG-medic with a missile launcher, the server has class roles for a reason, if you're worried that there's going to be a lot of tanks, play AT then(You can see how many AT players are on BEFORE you join the match). I can comfortably fit 9 magazines for a primary and 4 AT rockets into a single soldier without using any stupidly large backpacks or clothing(All NATO). If you find yourself running out of ammo during an AO then go to the supply depot, it exists for a reason, or bring a vehicle with spare ammo in it. Now i can understand people want to come and slaughter AI in droves, but that's fun for about 2 minutes and it ruins the experience for people who want to play a little more tactically. (I don't mean milsim, i mean people who want to come on and play an engineer or play an autorifleman ect, people who want to work together with the TEAM which they're a part of) Also if you play arma to be a one man army then why did you buy arma? That isn't the kind of playstyle that arma tries to offer. There are loads of games that cater more to this playstyle. Now some people are saying that these changes were some knee-jerk reaction to a recent uproar, but it isn't. These changes have been long requested and only now that they've been implemented have people decided to come and provide input, there was plenty of chance to put your argument in, for literally months. The I&A forums don't get posts often so you might want to pay attention when people actually do post. @Ptarmigann I couldn't quote all the parts specifically because there's a lot of different posts but this mostly pertains to things you've mentioned.

    I completely agree with this, NATO has gear that fulfills the same function. While i agree with this in concept, wouldn't that restrict RPGs to only Rifleman (AT) and Missile Specialists? These classes already get access to missile launchers and i feel like RPG's would disappear all together. I for one like having an ace in the hole as my engineer, however i only carry the RPG loaded with no spare rockets.

    Since apparently not many people know about the Tanoa server, would it be an idea to maybe put an ad for it in the spawn area of the Altis server? Like a big billboard or something?

    Clearly you've never been on when @Tracuer, @Tungsten and myself are in the same tank! We are a force unstoppable to any man, vehicle or aircraft, even if they're hiding in a building!

    While i would be all for I&A using RHS, there isn't really a community to justify running a server and making the mission. It's been discussed before and it was decided (As i recall) that Straya would not host or create a version of I&A using RHS.

    I get what you're saying, but imagine this, everyone starts donating again; then at 10 months everyone hits that 100$ mark, and they all stop donating. Who's going to keep the server running then? Also, just as my opinion, it seems to me that you're fighting for something you (for some reason) think you're entitled to. You donated a year ago, and the server kept running, you got what you paid for. You can't go into a news agent and say "I spent 100$ on this magazine that costs 10$ a year ago, give me free ones forever!"

    Fitz i think you misunderstood what Hamish said. He's happy that it's now an actual challenge as opposed to the cakewalk it used to be.

    1. Civilian AI already spawn at most AO's, adding vehicles and aircraft would just cause confusion for the players. 2. I've never seen an AO get leveled or even 1/10th destroyed in the manner you're describing, i don't think such a system is needed at all. Try to remember this is a casual server, we don't need all manner of hindrance and restrictions placed upon players.

    Couple suggestions for @Fitz, just some things i'd like to see. Would be nice if in the crate area, you could spawn in specific small ammo cates, i.e. launcher boxes, explosive crates, basic ammo crates and such. Since you showed off the video for putting small crates into vehicles, i'd really love the ability to capitalise on that. Secondly (And far less likely to happen because i know a few people are against it), i'd like the ability, when activating vehicles in the car park, if the vehicle has camo variants (eg. Prowlers) or there's the possibility of different vehicles spawning there (eg. APCs) to choose what camo variant/vehicle i activate. This could also work for the trucks in the car park as i recall someone asking for them to be swapped to Zamaks/Tempests (I'd also be hyped for Tempests tbh) Also, just as a last little bit, id like to see one of the prowlers changed to an unarmed variant. Sometimes it's nicer to have those extra seats
