Because of the Arma 3 Monetization Rules your options are a little limited, you may need to add some cosmetics or something as that's always a fairly good incentive. Server side messages when a donor joins can also be a fairly decent way to get donations as well, but cosmetics are really your best bet.

I use the SR850 Professional Studio Reference Headphones for my gaming, got it paired with a sweet microphone for around $120. Personally the best ones i've ever used, especially for the price.

I recently got a beast of a PC, and let me tell you, $2800 well spent (rip sweet moneys). I'd say its worth saving for a really good one if you game heaps
