Nope... If you were playing as a different slot you wouldn't even be able to use it. It was removed but have no knowledge why.

These are rarely used. Agreed. Most of it is CO trying to take control but cannot because people are to brain dead to listen. If you are including all of them which do nothing at all and just sit at Sydney all their life, Then yes but if you are talking about the ones that do stuff. Then that's a bit low of a average. I just see CO's attempting to do what they are meant to, but because of people unable to listen and don't follow simple orders it becomes difficult and he needs to start taking action. I have been playing as of recently and a constable was allowed to take CO at the time but no one was listening to him, People like @FrankNZ, @Fusionable and @McCain would have to get everyone's attention which SHOULD NOT NEED TO HAPPEN! ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I am currently leaning ever so slightly to the cop side of things but that is only due to the Ghosthawks and what you are saying about the CO's. The CO's are just trying to do what they are suppose to but are unable to do it well due to other cops not listening or not following orders that were said 10 minutes ago. Something as simple as "All Syd Units back to PD and get on the wall." Takes longer that in should, And it's not even the units that have to come back from somewhere like peaches. It's the cops already at PD! But you have made quite a few points that have been considered.

Not exactly true, More like people who have had to go though training to drive a hatchback sport. Really that's it. Anyone can become Highway with that training and with permission.

As said by @diamondwing GD don't always have permission to go out past or even go to police checkpoint as it is at the moment outside of city limits. The only time GD goes out past that or to Police checkpoint is with permission from Commanding officer with hunters because of terrorist action created by rebels that always seem to attempt to take over Police checkpoint or just shooting cops and robbing civilians on site. I will tell you that gun shots around Police checkpoint is a often occurrences sadly. I will also add from my experiences i think it is worse inside of Sydney..... Good luck driving around without being blown up by people that have no idea how to drive. At diving shop did any officer respond over text? And if not was a bank or fed going on? If not there was either some sort of other operation and/or a panic button was set off. If not even that then the dispatch message was either not seen because of something else quickly came up or the officers that were on at the time just didn't give a shit. This use to be a thing that happened every time until @Wex put a post on the police section on the forums around the start of November which he shouldn't of had to put up in the first place. I have noticed that this still happens but not as often.

i could send you some funny shit that i have recorded while playing cop if you want... most of it is vehicles flying past you in the air tho. Only one issue though.... I need to go though roughly 24+ Hours of footage to find all those clips.

I was thinking recently about custom faces and i found one to use on Arma 3, Went to join the server and they aren't allowed. Would be nice to allow them. Possibly on all the servers?

So i guess there is no way to just have the custom faces then sounds.

Well you asked what issues so this has became relevant between you and I. (So we should talk about this somewhere else now.) Don't know if this is a script thing or just a game thing but the jets bounce near the jet service, The Loadout save system isn't working completely properly for me at least, have also seen some strange side mission issue where a side mission once it spawns will either instantly finish as a success or a fail, zeus is also apparently broken from what i have heard from many people with it crashing anyone who attempts to zeus. That is all i know of, somethings might be wrong on what i said but that is all that i think is not working completely correct or not working at all.
