One piece of advice i can give you two is make sure you both are fit, like the fitness test of 15 push ups, 45 sit ups and 7.5 beep test, if you can do that easy then thats a good start, also practice your swimming

Yeah i just finished assessment day the other week and im up to the officer selection process of the application. Nothing was mentioned for swimming but i think im all g in that

ahh ok you're going in officer entry, i just went to kapooka, but yes there is a basic swim test and PTI's love swim PT
