Both sides are arguing "But my side is going to be weak" yes that's the point of a wipe so everyone has a fresh start, both sides will be weaker then what they usually are, both sides will have **** all. Cops, in general, tend to have access to more than rebels but the situations they face tend to require it so it's balanced out.
Personally, I'd love to see the removal of high-end equipment with this wipe so having played on the server for longer doesn't make you so much more powerful. 
I'm not saying remove everything high end, but at least look into toning the server down a bit and putting more of an emphasis on that mid-range equipment combat.

 

 

When i was cop i would pay 350k for a full navid loadout, with lrps & lvl5 vest, at the same time as rebels had to pay 1.1m for a the navid only

We understand that Cops will be overpowered if the server will be reset. There will be special precautions to ensure that the Civs will have a chance to recover and that SRT won't camp fields. I've spoken with Augnov and we're still coming up with solutions. Dont act like cops wont have an advantage if the server wipes.

This wipe will be the worst thing any manager has ever done, think about it. Think from a civs/rebs POV. No matter what you say your going to do to balance the server, its not going to be balanced. The cops will give tickets for every little thing, give as many tickets as they can, make up excuses for tickets, cops will make the most money and have the most gear by FAR, and the rebels wont even have enough money to buy a 7.62 loadout.

 basically this wipe will break the server

Also, Every cop will be in favour of this wipe because they will be the ones on the top if it wipes, Please give me some examples of cons of this wipe from a cops POV

If you wipe it the cops are gonna be the superpower of the server even more then they are now, cause they gonna make easy money camping shit that Rebs do yo try and make money, and there loadouts are half the price of rebels

VLR is not just for civs, Its for cops aswell, And dont tell me that cops even try value their lives while they are getting robbed.

I have had SO many times where cops dont value their lives AT ALL. When we surround cops in striders, They still decide to get out spraying. and this happens literally every day.

Cops do the same, except they just shoot you straight away, Ive attempted to roleplay in the past that I own a certain building inside sydney, when cops come in to try and set up and shoot people, I try tell them to leave and they just do exactly what you said.
