People at Weed hands on your head, implies you can see everyone and sets no distance limit. If I am in a Gang your dec with all of the Gang, up on the hill, everywhere. I do like the pre warning escort you guys are doing, but if you say everyone hands on your head, that's a choice to make, and can be yes or no. If you don't see a guy hiding in a bush but saw 3 guys at a Zamak is the guy in the bush lobbing a grenade at you when you pull up manageable? Are the guys at the Zamak crossfire if compliant? It works if your tracking movement, but name checks work once then people don't go there again or they veer off. Or they learn to leave a guy on overwatch. Dont get me wrong it's fine. But hope for the best and plan for the worst.

I believe in many things. I believe in fairness. I believe in an equal go for everyone, regardless of who they are. I believe in rules, and justice, and hard work. All of this is why I play Cop, and why I became Staff. I believe in protecting the weak, against bullies and abuse. I will do so till the end of my days. All of this brings me to my next point. I am very proud of all the boys. We can tone the banter way down, for me when they do it I let it slide between situations sometimes, depends on the mood of the night. But a lot of the time recently we are REALLY on our game, good comms, good teamwork. The Crime we stop is sometimes minor, but it all help things stop piling up. Some really great cops on the team now, SRT up and stomping, and all in all I am pretty happy.... BUT Work to be done. We have a blue print of what it all looks like in a few months. For me, its not Robocop, but its prep, practice and patience. Once we got onto that, and work on it more well we will see a Golden Age of Policing. Strap yourselves in, its going to really ramp up.
