    Hi all, We are happy to announce that we are rolling out a new support system for unban appeals, compensation requests and player reports. (Helpdesk will still be open for all the existing things it is now.) Your support requests will be confidential to the server staff that your request relates to, an example of this is that if I put in a unban appeal for Altis Life, only the server staff of Altis Life can see said appeal. The following contents of this post will detail how to fill out a support request step by step. You should all see a button at the top of the forums labelled ‘Support’ this is how you access the support request interface. 1: This panel is where you see your existing support request/s. 2: This is how you submit a new support request. When you have clicked on ‘new request’ it will take you to this page, under the ‘Department’ section it will have all the current support requests you can make. Once you click on a ‘department’ it will prompt you with a template for you to fill out.
