Overall I'd say things are going well after the last update, Always room for improvement though, I do like the one regarding adding the missile warning to cars. Which is something that is very easy to add since i added a custom missile warning for last update, so i can apply it to ground vehicles with about 5s of work if thats the direction that people decide to head, I also added a new team-balance script last update to help with the stacking issue (although we have relaxed the leash threshold a bit since its initial inception), patch-notes can be found here;

Short answer is yes. There is stuff to this effect in the works. Long answer is you'll have to wait for its release for more details

You really need to stop obsessing over Mitch, you've taken this past the point where it is in any way a reasonable response or criticism. At this stage you're just being petulant because people are disagreeing with you/showing some critical thought. Yes I know a few people arent the biggest fans of mitch but he has shown the ability to do good work reliably and has been a far better staff member since he has come back following his removal. The only thing I observe is people who cannot let go of the past and accept someone has improved because they just want someone to attack/blame for their own failure to follow rules

Staffing decisions are not made on the back of public opinion, they are made on the back of who is most competent for the job. Having a vocal minority try to appear as a majority isnt a reason to remove someone

If people cant work alongside someone else because they have some kind of personal vendetta that says more about them than the person they dislike, the expectation is people behave maturely and work together regardless of their feelings

What If i told you that how much someone is liked doesn't have to correlate with their ability to do the job effectively

The Forum Update As promised by Red today we're bringing you news of our newest updates to the forums to bring our website a modern appearance and format. These changes will be going live on the evening of 29/07/18 We can split the changes into a few main sections that I'll briefly talk about below, Forum Restructure We're adjusting the structure of the forums so that it will be easier to navigate for everyone and more logically laid out, making it easier to find exactly the thing you're looking for. The Altis Life Hub page We have custom made a page to showcase all AL related content on our forums in one place, It will be accessible at https://strayagaming.com.au/altislife , once all of these changes are live later tonight. Below is a screenshot of the page The page shows summaries of AL section posts, important updates, our AL events calendar and a summary of core AL stats including a live player count. The big green join altislife button even opens your game and connects to the server directly all automatically! The most significant change for most users will be the implementation of our new theme that I've been working on for the past few weeks. This theme will help modernize our website's appearance. If you notice any bugs or graphical issues please let me know So i can correct them! If cops are using it to metagame/powergame people with bounties I'll personally ensure they are taken care of because that isn't acceptable. As for reasons it is primarily due to how cancerous decc' s in Sydney are with swarms of civilians in Sydney. People covering their identities made declarations nearly impossible to enforce and lead to either innocents being shot in deccs they weren't a part of or cops having a complete inability to keep the peace due to it being impossible to tell who half the people are. Outside of city limits it doesnt make such a big difference so they are allowed but inside city limits when you have 30-50 people swarming around in close proximity with varying degrees of armaments it was causing large numbers of issues for civs and cops alike and as such we have taken remedial action to see if it will improve gameplay quality in Sydney. If you want a roleplay narrative to justify it the tyrannical government of altis ruled by Mr Blue, Mr Cinnamon donut and Mr Lesstza has rolled out spy cameras all through the city and to ensure they can monitor every citizen face coverings have been outlawed
