Leopard 7 Report post Posted February 17, 2017 Back when I played wasteland full time, I used all three view distances. 1. Maximising FPS when I can. 2. Being able to sit back and snipe 2km+. And the medium one was for the camping of gun stores etc. 500m-ish. Not only did it help with stopping those pesky floating hills, but it meant you didn't need to see 2km into the distance when shooting someone from 100m away.
