(50 Words min): Well, first of all, I don't think I deserve the rank of Sergeant like its an entitlement, I believe I would succeed in the position of Sergeant and show lower ranks/higher ranks because I have experienced being a CO for General Duties, CO'd a few major/minor robberies. I see myself as well as lower ranks see myself as an approachable person for lower ranks to seek myself for help or knowledge, I enjoy helping out others in the APD, I feel as I would be a more valuable asset to the APD as I higher in the ranks and learn new things and more skills. I enjoy the roleplay and everything about being apart of the APD and I would like to gain Sergeant to further myself in the APD on Strayagaming. Who would recommend you for a promotion? (50 Words min): I believe that I have somewhat qualified for applying for Sergeant because I have CO'ed GD and small scale Bank Robberies a great deal of time and from what I've heard from both higher and lower ranks is that I'm good at it. There's still plenty of things I need to learn before calling myself qualified for the position of Sergeant and I'm more than willing to receive feedback from people, to be completely honest this whole experience on Straya Gaming has been a game-changer because I'm used to Lakeside and small communities, it's been a fun run so far and I've enjoyed almost all of the time I've been in the police force and I've learnt a lot since I played cop on other servers. Basic idea is a training to permit solo defence of the prison. It's not hard to prevent someone escaping and often does not require a whole unit to do so. Potentially a training for Senior Constable similar to Highway training with the point of allowing a single officer unit. Officer wouldn't need to leave a LAC channel to do it, I'm not trying to bore them with silence. Would be permitted to conduct random searches of prisoners for contraband. Breakout attempts would be as such: 1. Digging out: Officer on guard would need to respond to that and prevent it, call back up as required. 2. Helicopter entering Prison airspace: Immediate use of panic button / dispatch call - CO then decides response if needed. 3. MRAP / ground entering: Immediate use of panic button / dispatch call for back up - CO then decides response if needed. Additionally Development team could be asked to add an alarm system check - If non cop vehicle enters within X distance of Prison a sound file plays and same goes for if someone tries to dig out, alarm sounds. Fairly basic concept really, it's just a bit of a waste to have two people there waiting potentially 40 minutes for an escape attempt. Note: Intended as a voluntary option for those with the training, I'm aware it's a punishment option for some cabinet ranks - Perhaps worth expanding on.

(50 Words min) I believe that in the time i have spent Both on GD and Detectives i have made attempts to better the play experience of those around me i am always available to help out newer players, and try to make the server more inviting for them . I Split my time between both my divisional work and GD, i am very active in both regards and believe that i have earned the respect of much of the APD thought my dedication to the department, i will always be looking to improve my myself and the player experience.
