Remove the rules that stop other gangs from 3rd partying banks. Will give the server more combat and more gangs.

Instead of encouraging roleplay for roleplay's sake there should be ways to roleplay that will assist the combat side of the server. Being able to take medics hostage and force them to combat revive at a fed or have police sell equipment to rebels. This gives people who normally wouldn't roleplay an incentive to roleplay.

Reduce the teller time on R&D please. The second teller alone takes 20 minutes. Banks should force cops to push to stop rebels getting away but all R&D does is encourage them to roach for 40 minutes which is zzz. Also make it so the second teller getting hit is like the fed bomb blowing so cops can't get more people on half an hour after the banks started. 

The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.

Aci were really bad especially that Fairfield's best guy and that tarplord guy.

The server has more content than it used to. The real issue is back then we had around 4 big gangs rolling around a along with cops. These gangs all won fights and all lost fights, some more than others obviously. My point is back then there was variety in who you fought and variety in the outcome. This is something that recently  the server has been lacking. One of the biggest issues is the skill gap on the server between the best gang and gangs just starting out. Before the wipe people were bad by current standards because over the past year since the wipe the people who have stuck around have gotten a lot better. Basically the skill gap has widened which means new players and gangs have to spend longer improving to get to the level of the top gangs and most of them get destroyed over and over again and give up. This is why there are less gangs and rebels because as older players stop playing there are less and less new players to replace them.

Need good gangs that aren't IX to fight. If the server has good fights it will be fun.

Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] I left SRT and demoted myself to GD sergeant. Then I was perm blacklisted for transferring gear. That blacklist was lifted after I proved that I hadn't transferred gear. After this I was told that I had been blacklisted for one month for 'disrespecting' FarmerGeorge and John. I'll admit I gave George a bit of a hard time but nothing too bad having only msged him twice calling him a snake and we have since made up. The only reason I gave George a hard time was because him and John falsely blacklisted me after we had been friends for a year. I didn't disrespect John in anyway from my memory and when I asked for any evidence of me doing so none was available. This brings me on to my main issue with the discipline, I was given a 1 month blacklist for calling someone a snake twice, had this been pretty much any other cop I don' t think they would have received a punishment anywhere close to mine or not even one at all. I realise that what I said to George was wrong and went out of my way to say sorry and get back on good terms however I think that the punishment was harsher than it needed to be.
