thats not so much doing your max. thats 85-90% ur max, because your doing 5 reps

But i usually lift
40-45kg 4x10-12 for deadlifts
25kg 4x10-12 bench

i dont lift for strength bud, i can do 30kg for 3x5 bench and 50kg deads for probably the same, i havnt tried to do my 1 max rep.

People will always come back and forth out of your life, it just depends on how you act towards it.
You will meet thousands of people and only a few will stick around. Sometimes its better to let them leave but it can be hard at the sametime. Always be positive and keep that chin up mate.

whoever knew. turning 20 was such a stress load when you've moved out. Trying to organise my own birthday-places to eat and things to do with my family when they are 3 hours away anyway.....holy confusing and stressful. trying to keep everyone happy.

Borrowed my mates GPU, game runs just as well as it did with my GPU which was newer and worth 3 times as much... although I did have to change the graphics to low... should be active a lot more now guys! sorry about the absence <3

not really. only if you run on like high or ultra. Turn off shadows, lighting, clouds etc and you should be fine.

your gpu is only for the graphics! its only going to change ur rendering and the graphics of things. Your CPU is what runs the game and thats why its not making much of a difference.

cant wait for this bloody weekend to be over. so i can game some more and get them gains ;). this rugby shit has been stressing me out to the max. Whoever knew seniors couldnt be organised. Captain this weekend for my last game and ill be the most experienced one there. Sorting out the team tonight. rip.

well....80-42 score for my rugby game. we won of course. scored 2 and kicked 3/5 missed 2 coz of nerves. pretty happy.

haha yeah League bud. First time ive actually had kicking duties so i was nervous. How old do u think i am?
haha i play seniors bud. Our team scores alot but sucks at defense haah, so we give away alot of tries but make it back most the time.
Lost 2, drew 1 and won 3 so far.
