Re-appeal this blacklist next month, it is hard to tell if you are being truthful or not about your brother, that is a very common answer we hear, if it was the case however your appeal in 1 Months time will be accepted.

At this moment in time the blacklist will stay. What was done will take a long time to be forgiven.

Cons for the wipe from a cop point of view
-Although a rebel load out is more than a cops a cop is re-buying his gear approx 5 times a day.. So cops are going to be spending more than earning in relation to rebels.
-Rebels can do drug runs and earn large profits, cops only earn money from tickets and bounties which in syd are at $200000 max.
-A full economy wipe will mean that SRT cannot get geared up to their current level to aid at banks.
-Detectives will have to scrap their entire house database which has taken over 5 months to get to where it is.
-New officers wont be able to receive enlistment bonuses as academy officers wont have the money to share-The APD will have to terminate contracts as the APD wont be able to afford them.
-An economy wipe will make some officers quit as they have worked hard for their equipment and locker items.
-POLAIR assistance will be limited as with a limited bank account officers wont buy a heli over a gun.
Don't act like rebels are the only ones who would be affected by an economy wipe.
Despite all this the wipe DOES need to go forward, Managers ( @Lotza ) will just need to be very careful how they execute it.-

My whole life just flashed before my eyes, I gave it 2 stars

I believe an economy wipe would give another reason to play the game. All players on the server grind to earn money until they reach a suitable amount for them e.g. 20-30 million. Once this is reached players stop trying to earn money without spending and focus on spending their money to earn money such as buying guns to a rob bank. A full economy wipe would be very interesting as it would allow the meta at banks to change as the weapons to start with will be of a smaller caliber and civilians, rebels and cops will value their equipment more as it will become difficult to replace.
If the money was wiped along with houses you would need to agree on a starting money for all players. I think the current starting money is too low unless the entire economy system was deflated which would make $250000 a very comfortable amount of money.Overall I am in support of a economy wipe.

Your actions the last time you were an Officer were appalling and the way you spoke with Command Team were terrible.

You have been un-blacklisted from the APD. Do not let history repeat itself. This is your only chance for a second shot at cop.

There are only so many instances where we can deem something a learning experience. With a history involving a similar situation we must enforce this discipline.

@Wex, You cant be serious. You know just as well as everyone else that civs take it as a joke when cops say "leave the area", if anything this makes them want to stay more. Civs are drawn to gunfire, that is not going to change so we shouldn't expect it to. Gunfire = dead bodies = free gear. Civs will make an active effort to swoop in after someone is killed and have little regard to what is going on around them which often leads to the unexpected tase or restrain as civs tunnel vision for gear. Furthermore, civs treat cops like dirt no matter the scenario. From a ticket to an arrest, civs always like to think that they are right and the cops are wrong and they have an obligation to inform the cop dealing with them that they are wrong.
44 minutes ago, Wex said:How do you know civs go around in the City to bait cops? Or is this just pure speculation. If you do have evidence of people doing that, there's this rule.
Do you understand that if every time someone broke rule 2.7.1 no one would be playing the game as everyone would be up in helpdesk 24/7. I would say that about 4-5 times per day I get shot at by a civ who holsters their gun immediately who is just waiting for a dec or a hatchy sport with a rego to a wanted guy speeds past wanting a pursuit so that the cops will open a dec so they will lead us to their friends so they can shoot at us. We are not making speculations about this, it is a known fact that civs have nothing better to do except follow cops around and cause trouble.
I have been saying it for ages now, civs are becoming more and more bored as they leave the city and get killed by rebel gangs so they cant do that which leaves them in city limits twiddling their thumbs. More things for civs to do will result in civs annoying cops less and as a result cops annoying civs less.

1 hour ago, Wex said:What are your thoughts on people being blacklisted on police for being apart of another Police Force/Life Community?
The only people who received a blacklist from our Police Force were those who created Police Protocols for a new community and a new Police Force which had an incredible resemblance to our own.

3 minutes ago, FrankNZ said:Most cases is probably the wrong wording. This situation all started with Ray killing random civilians unarmed or armed at car garage which were execution style similar to the video supplied above, then another case was Rhys Beckket getting his snout kicked in with a bullet by Mitch while walking down the road during the march(Note rhys didnt have a firearm at all), then another case was Tony Abbots. The fact it happened three times and not just a one off is the issue bro, I am sure there were probably 100+ justified killings during that SRT but these are the ones that stood out to me.
Well I can't shed any light on the Ray incidents if there were any as I was not on. However the Rhys incident was CLEARLY an accident and was crossfire. The civ behind him was shooting at office and he got lucky to survive whilst rhys got unlucky. If anything this proves how dangerous civs are during SRT. They walk right next to you, pull a pistol, headshot you and then 2 seconds later the gun is hidden and if no cop witnessed it there is no chance of catching the shooter.
