Hello, I'm writing this in regards to my strike that I received over 3 months ago. I had just woken up from my sleep and jumped straight onto Arma 3. There were only low ranking cops online, so I immediately took CO and got everyone into order. A hostage situation then arose and I was the only one qualified to negotiate. I set up the officers in positions in case something went wrong and then proceeded to meet face to face. I made a deal with one of the hostage takers that they would give me the hostage immediately if I gave them the name of the house. I was hesitant at first (as I was still waking up) and then proceeded to accept the offer. I roleplayed it out, but as soon as I did they wanted the name of the hostage. That not being part of the deal, I proceeded to stall with the name and then was going to inform them that negotiations would be called off if they did not return the hostage. As I was planning on what to do, the hostage proceeded to give his name to the takers and then I left and called negotiations off. I immediately set up on a hill and ordered my officers to shoot anyone with a weapon, as I the fire fight went on I moved in closer to the hostage to get him out safely. As I got to the house, most of the hostage takers were dead, but the damage had already been done. The hostage takers were given the keys to the house by the civilian and they looted some goods, which were not recovered because we can't loot dead bodies. I managed to get the hostage out safely and proceeded to escort him out of the area. I realized what I had done and regretted it straight away. My argument is that it's against Detective protocol to give house information out, but not against the official GD protocol. I was not in detective at the time and had not read their rules, so I was unaware. I apologized to the civilian, but he wouldn't have any of it. I explained my situation to the ex Commissioner and well, he had the final say. I hope you can understand and will be waiting patiently for a response. Thanks, RagingSniper.

Merry Christmas, but the day after... The supermarkets will then have hot cross buns already baked awaiting everyone to get them...

We need lower prices on cop donuts. I prefer quantity over quality! ?

Altis Life in general is more of a weapon-roleplaying gamemode where modded servers can actually enforce very strict roleplay; with having a fully valid reason to even pull a weapon out on a cop. I've been playing since Altis Life was first released and have not seen a server that can properly enforce it without banning half the population. Half of the pop on public servers are just there for the kills and not so much roleplay. ?

Out of all the Exile servers I've played, I have yet to join one that has RP in the rules. I'd be willing to give it a try. ?
