i & a zues missions

I really enjoyed the last zues mission and was wondering if anyone had any ideas for some that the i & a staff could run!

    An idea for a zues mission could be to make the player base have a set amount of time to make it to a position marked by the zues and the player base then has to set up a roadblock for another set amount time...This could lead to when the mission is done for the remaining units to find and destroy an ammo dump or an high ranking solider?

    Perhaps some off shore/water based scenario?

    a bit of throwback days where perhaps start off with initially some divers having to infil in to either plant some explosives on some stationary gunboats protecting a couple of beaches or harbours and then the rest can either fly in or jump in on boats to land on beaches

    No CAS until the gunboats are down and some troops have actually landed on the beaches? that way CAS don't just fly in and kill the boats....

    Then have 5 - 10 mins to setup for a defense of the island

    well place some military buildings half in the water...and line the top with enemy static ATGM and Static AA launchers, these keep friendly aircraft and boats away....divers can go almost all the way up before they have to pop out of the water to plant the explosives on the half that is out of the water.. then they dive off to a stand off distance before setting the explaosives off

    Just dont put many enemy ground troops around these buildings....just spitballing ideas here

    This could take some time to set up but you could set up a few CSAT units as Civis with guns in a town and plant random civis around as well, The mission would be to find a certain civi wearing a certain item (aka hat or uniform) and talk/stand next to him for a minute. The Zeus would decide when your done talking. The idea of the mission would be to PID targets and work on 360 security because only CSAT civis would have their weapons on them. What a possibly idea of what the NATO unit and civi could be talking about is  intel for the next zeus mission. This would take time to set up and could be a hit or a miss but it would work on teamwork and coms. 

     

    Also how/what do u have to do to be able to become the Zeus in this server...do u just have to become a veteran or play on the server for an X amount of hours.

    You have to become a staff member and then earn it.

    You cannot place explosives on boats like that unless we had ACE3 mod. Unless you use complex scripting to attachto the charges to the boats when they are places with an addaction. You can just shoot the crew out of the boat from a distance and this will take care of them. In the vanilla scuba mission, they used scripting to allow you to disable boats. Just use a MMG and take the boat crews out.

    Another mission could be that there is a marked road packed with IEDs and Ambushes and you have to safely get a very important car or person out from the middle of the road ( because the convoy would of been hit hard ). the mission would be to find the VIP or car and get them out of there...There would be no air support or Evacs due to the amount of enemy AA in the area.
