It causes so many helpdesk problems with third party civs and cops being shot as they leave PD. I've voiced my opinions for it to be moved to somewhere like agios, but really just anywhere NOT in the city. Well, in saying that. It's a small bank and it will be such an effort for the cops to travel all the way there for a small group of people trying to rob a small bank.
