I have gone to the effort to make gang channels in the TeamSpeak. I know there's a few gangs around Altis Life and I thought, you know what? Cops and medics have their own channels, cop/medic guidelines etc, so why not have one for gangs?
I've made each gang channel public. BUT you guys can share among yourselves or take turns in paying $10 a month for one of the public gang channel to be your very own gang channel with your own gang name and password on there.
I've also put together channel tags and also a full ranking system for you to give to your fellow gang members! I have ALSO written up a gang rank guideline for each rank. (I've never been in a gang, so if it sounds weird, please let me know and I can edit them around.)
Please let one of the Senior Moderators know your gang name and they'll edit your gang name and ring leader in the Gang List
The gang ranks and guidelines are below. They're also in the Gang Channels description.
Gang Ranks
Gang Donator
This is a server rank for when you donate to keep your gang channel alive by donating to our server. The tag will last 1 month and turn into one of our VIP tags. If you donate again you'll get the VIP and Gang Donator tags. If you make a full $15 donation towards your gang channel you'll keep the server tag.
Ring Leader
This is the absolute leader. Usually the ring leader is around the Rebel Outpost or their Gang Hideouts, but still manages to direct overall operations via telephone text or other forms of communications. AKA: President, King, Supreme Chief, Chairman of the Board
Leader
This is the second in command. Usually the leader is around The rebel outpost or their gang hideouts, but manages to direct overall operations via telephone text or other forms of communications.
Organizers
These guys organize what happens throughout the gang and makes sure things go to plan.
Recruiters
Recruit at Rebel 1, Rebel 2, In the back streets, etc. Recruiters are usually doing drug runs. A new recruit is enticed by the drug runner's quick drug profits.
Communications
Informants who supply information ranging from rival gang activities to law enforcement operations. Messengers who communicate information between rival gangs.
Warlord
Coordinates/Controls gang wars, and protects existing territories.
Street Soldiers
Includes Hardcore to Marginal members. The hardcore is the most active and dangerous because they are trying to attain status and notoriety among the ranks. A street soldier can be involved with drive-bys, gang fights, intimidation, etc. AKA: Gangbanger, Home-Boy.
Hitman
Disciplines: Other gang members who violate your gang; vice independents operating within territory who fail to pay share of profit; business owners who fail to pay street tax (protection money). AKA: Security Chief/Street Coordinator
Lookouts/Spotters
Serve as lookouts for police when gang members are involved in illegal activities, such as drug runs, etc. Usually marginal members or associates. Runners
These individuals transport and deliver illegal goods like police vehicles to various locations or to other gang members. They are usually newer members. AKA: PeeWees. Patch Members
Patch members are members of the gang who have earned the right to be around the gang, after a suitable period spent “prospecting”. They take part in the drug runs and attend to the gangs meetings. They are commonly referred to as “Noob” or, in some Gangs, “Pleb” Prospect
A prospect is a “prospective” member of the gang who is yet to earn his patch. Prospects are expected to do what they are told and follow the orders of patchmembers. They must be prepared to engage in illegal activities to prove their loyalty to the gang. Prospects have no voting rights and do not attend meetings unless invited in.
Notes: 1. Gangs are organized, functioning under a designated hierarchy, which may resemble the internal structure of a corporation.
