I reckon being able to role play as a hit man would be good, as for declaring I reckon that once said hit man had taken a hit he emails his target so he knows he is being hunted.

FrozenByte studios has produced a new game that will get cheaper as the community plays the demo. The game Shadwen that started at sixty dollars has already dropped to 25 dollars with the points at 1,354,780. The points are capped at 99,999,999,999 which makes you wonder how low it will go? Naw shit. Sorry if i talk alot guys but i dont care if someone tells me to "Shut the fuck up" because i will shut my mouth then. The common issue is people talking while someone else is (I am a culprit also) which becomes a pain.

And as for as people saying it's an excuse to RDM, the person placing the hit must provide a valid Reason for his hit ie because he was robbed/shot at/ got a kidney stolen from the person he/she is placing a hit on

Seems to be working pretty well so far. Only problem is people not knowing how to do tabs; could add that to the channel's description with a [check description] text. Had one newbie get pretty pissed about being forced out of his fresh slot for skipping in front of people in line, but that's the only issue I've seen so far. Otherwise it's smooth as butter.
