(50 Words min): I feel like I am capable of the activities of a Seargent, I have CO multiple times in general duties and personally I think I handled that very well making me think I can do the same during banks, etc. I have given a lot of help to new recruits and prob constables etc and being promoted I feel that I will have more resources and gain more knowledge to further help people in the APD.
