Simple suggestion to Integrate the CAS/Pilot queue into the new Role selection menu. They can enter the queue through the role menu and when a slot opens up, it gives them and option to switch to the new slot or giveaway their position in the queue.

(50 Words min) Whilst i have been senior detective i have enjoyed every minute of it, From taking CO on GD, to helping Pull hunters for banks i have learnt a lot. I believe i deserve a promotion because of the immense amount of effort i put into the APD and detectives. I am actively taking CO, completing inductions as well as helping other up and coming members of the APD to strive to do better. Further more i have been putting a lot of time into CIU, from House painting, to House Raids i have really started to Learn fully what it takes to Be apart of CIU. Overall i believe that i have achieved a lot at senior constable and i feel that i am ready to move on up. Who would recommend you for a promotion? Not sure on the complexity of scripting this, but if the arty was to move to the fob I would be interested to see something like this put in place instead of a generic restock at start of an AO the arty needs to be manually stocked via road or air supplies.

(Minimum 50 words): Because helicopters and armoured vehicles are my favourite things in arma, altis life doesnt have armoured vehicles so the next best thing was Pol Air. I specifically wanted to join as an Aviation Officer as I do enjoy teaching people things, and since I enjoy helicopters in arma I would love to beable to teach some less skilled pilots in how to improve their skills, a secondary reason is I enjoy the roleplay and structure of the police when compared to civillian so id rather pol air then just flying on civ What do you hope to achieve in as an aviation officer? I can appreciate the frustration, but the 12-15 minutes of waiting is negligible in my opinion; it is a difficult aircraft to fly, but when flown well it really dominates troop transport operations. There is nothing more infuriating for other pilots then when a competent blackfish pilot hogs all transport operations with their faster, snazzier aircraft. I'm afraid a respawn timer reduction is not something I would endorse. As you know, I'm usually happy to oblige requests for additional aircraft during peak periods... just ask.
