(50 Words min) I believe the skills I've gained and shown display great potential for a promotion. Being a sergeant would only allow me to propel myself further into the dynamics and complex workings of the APD which is where I want to be. My ability to handle a larger work load is displayed through academy as well through the many enlistments and trainings I've done which I'm not going to slow down on either. I believe I have good standing within the Altis Police Department along with the Civilians of Altis and I only plan on having an even better reputation/relation with both parties. My activity shows that I am dedicated enough and proves that I am eager to progress further within the APD not only to Sergeant but beyond. Who would recommend you for a promotion? At first I had no idea why I would deserve a promotion, I see myself as just an average person doing what everyone else would do. But it wasn't until I asked around if people would recommend me, and some of the replies I had gotten back made me really think "Do I deserve it?" and the answer would be yes. Over the past few weeks I have had the opportunity to take (CO) and over that time I have learnt a thing or two about myself in terms of the role I play and the leadership needed to "get the job done". One of them many replies I had gotten back was "u work hard, ur a great leader and ur what i aspire to be" This did touch me and made me think, If at my current role I achieve this I can see the type of role-model I could be at (Sergeant) as the higher rank a person/s is the more of a role-model that person is seen to be, and people look up to them. I am also very active within the (APD) and always willing to take (CO) when and/if needed, I have relatively good skills when leading (Cops) into banks as (CO) and would like more opportunities to do so as there is more I can learn within the (APD). My tunnels are quiet ugly from the outside, which is why I haven't made a big deal of getting them into the game.

I have been working on some builds for use as vaults or generic creations. Nothing specific just things to keep me busy or as I get inspired. It's been suggested to make a rolling post to keep anyone else that's interested up to date. Assume all of these are in-progress unless stated otherwise.

Exploring tunnel variations and "underground" designs.

I would love this, a less open type and a more corridor cqc combat. Unlike towers and the big office buildings. This looks good.

Tents? Tents. TENTS. Also another no real idea with this one, just wanted to see what could be done with the tent assets.

Would just add some random clutter objects to give some more cover. Yeah not complete, in progress work. For sure, too many H-barriers isn't attractive.

Was exploring how well the H-barriers could work as a building. Easy to expand upon but fairly repetitive.

if you added some stuff to the last one would be a cool cap point with the pole in the middle -- perhaps could give you tokens or something each 2 hours or smth. second one seems a bit dull 1st one looks ok but change some of the barriers to other objects and spice things up.

Never really had an exact idea with this one, just wanted to explore the options with the Fortress block set and see where it took me.

Alterations made after the original idea seemed too tall, expanded the main platform and changed the H-barriers to actual buildings, added more entrances.

I think Saturday is going to be the most effective night at around 7pm as most people will be able to facilitate that vs a weekday where some people work late and time zone differences between Perth, Sydney and NZ.
